– Open PU Casting & Room Temperature Cast Urethane Process: Fits polyurethane products with simple shapes, large sizes, and low precision needs.

– Centrifugal Molding Polyurethane: Used for hollow, cylindrical, or rotationally symmetrical products. High efficiency for mass-producing same-spec cylindrical or simple hollow items.
– PU Extrusion: Suitable for continuous long strip or tubular products like drive belts, tubes, and profiles. The process is continuous and fast.
– Polyurethane Injection Molding: Appropriate for large batches of relatively small but complex-shaped urethane molded parts and products.
There are countless formulations that expand the types of raw materials for polyurethane elastomers by changing the mixing ratio. Common raw materials include MDI, TDI, PPDI, NDI, etc. We can quickly pick the right compound and formula for your application.
