Production Process of Our Custom Polyurethane Wheels
1. According to the performance requirements of the required polyurethane wheels, select the appropriate polyurethane prepolymer as well as additives.
2. According to the size, shape and structure requirements of the polyurethane wheel, design a suitable mold. Then make the steel molds according to the design drawings, as well as mold polishing, mold surface coated with mold release agent to ensure that the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the molds meet the requirements.
3. According to the order quantity, flexibly adopt hand pouring or machine pouring method, strictly control the pouring speed and pressure to avoid air bubbles and defects.
4. Put the poured mold into the curing oven, during the curing process, we have strict temperature and time control, so that the polyurethane prepolymer undergoes sufficient cross-linking reaction.
5. When the polyurethane is fully cured, it is taken out from the mold, and the demolded product is inspected to remove surface burrs and impurities.
6. According to the requirements of the product drawings, the polyurethane wheels are further processed, such as cutting, sanding, and surface treatment, to meet the installation and use requirements.
7.Conduct quality inspection on the processed polyurethane wheels, including dimensional accuracy, hardness, tensile strength, abrasion resistance and other performance indexes.
8.Package the qualified polyurethane wheels, usually in cartons or wooden boxes to protect the products from damage during transportation and storage, the package is labeled with product name, specification, quantity, production date and other information.
